The ideas behind the creation of Global Partners and the training programs we employ come from the mind of the founder Uly Meixner during the time he was Senior VP of training at the ANZ Bank in Australia. Beginning with his first Achiever of the Year award from Success Magazine, his sales training programs became award winners at the American Society of Training and Development in 1991 and 1994.

After training sixteen thousand people worldwide and traveling the globe with Erich Mock, director of European training for Hilti, Uly developed the concept of Global Partners. In 1997 the company was organized and structured under the laws of Liechtenstein with the international headquarters located in Eschen.

In 2000, the company branched into the US market with the addition of Fidler Partners & Associates, Inc. The unit is headquartered in Camp Hill, PA, and is currently being led by Joe Fidler as president.
